PostMore may collect account information such as name, email address, login provider identity, workspace status, and authentication metadata. We collect this information to create and secure your account.

This policy explains what PostMore collects, how it is used, and the choices available to users of the publishing workspace.
Connected social account information
When you connect Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, YouTube, or another supported provider, PostMore may receive account identifiers, page, channel, or profile names, usernames or handles, avatar URLs, permission scopes, platform status, and connection metadata needed to show account readiness and publish content.
YouTube API Services data
When you authorize YouTube, PostMore uses YouTube API Services to resolve and periodically revalidate your exact channel, retain encrypted OAuth credentials and granted scopes, upload only the media and metadata you submit, and record safe video identifiers and processing outcomes. PostMore does not use YouTube API data for advertising or sell it. You can review or revoke PostMore access in Google Account connections.

PostMore processes uploaded videos, images, captions, selected destinations, post type choices, and related publishing settings so you can prepare and submit posts.
OAuth tokens and platform permissions
PostMore stores OAuth tokens and permission metadata needed to keep provider connections active. Tokens are stored server-side, encrypted where the application stores provider tokens, and are not shown in browser pages.
Posting and publishing data
PostMore may store post records, selected destinations, provider response status, recent activity, publishing outcomes, and safe error summaries so you can review what happened after submitting content.
Logs and diagnostics
PostMore may collect logs, request metadata, diagnostics, error categories, timing information, and security events to operate, debug, protect, and improve the service. We avoid intentionally showing full OAuth tokens or secrets in user-facing pages.
Cookies and similar technologies
PostMore uses essential cookies or browser storage for login, security, OAuth, sessions, CSRF protection, app functionality, and cookie preference storage. Analytics, marketing, advertising, tracking, or personalization cookies are not loaded unless the matching consent category is enabled.
How we use information
We use information to provide the publishing workspace, authenticate users, connect accounts, validate platform readiness, upload media, publish content, troubleshoot issues, secure the service, comply with legal obligations, and communicate about support requests.
How data is protected
PostMore uses security controls such as server-side session handling, token encryption for stored provider tokens, log redaction, access checks, and user-scoped queries. No system can be guaranteed completely secure, but we work to protect user data against unauthorized access.
When information is shared
We share information with service providers that help operate PostMore and with connected social platforms when needed to authenticate accounts, check permissions, upload media, publish posts, or complete provider-required callbacks. We do not sell personal information.
User rights and choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict certain personal information, and to opt out of sale or sharing. You can also disconnect social accounts and request account or data deletion.
Account and data deletion requests
To request account deletion, deletion of stored personal information, or deletion of connected-account data, contact us using the support email below. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. After verification, PostMore deletes or de-identifies covered YouTube API data within 7 calendar days, except for the minimum data we must retain for security or legal obligations.
Disconnecting YouTube and provider videos
Disconnecting YouTube immediately blocks new PostMore use of that authorization and starts provider revocation and local credential cleanup. If Google is temporarily unavailable, PostMore retains only encrypted retry material, keeps the connection blocked, and asks you to retry Disconnect or contact support so revocation can be completed. The 7-day window above applies to verified deletion requests. Disconnecting or deleting PostMore data does not delete videos already uploaded to YouTube. Delete those videos separately in YouTube Studio if you want them removed from YouTube.
Sale and sharing statement
PostMore does not sell personal information and does not knowingly sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If this changes later, this policy, cookie consent, and opt-out flow must be updated before enabling that behavior.
