How to request deletion
Send a deletion request to the PostMore support email shown below. Include the email address associated with your PostMore account and the names of connected providers you want us to locate. Never send passwords, OAuth tokens, or provider access codes.
Identity verification
PostMore will verify the request using the account email, an authenticated session, or another support verification step appropriate to the account. We may ask for limited additional information when needed to prevent unauthorized deletion.
Data covered by the request
After verification, PostMore will delete or de-identify account profile data, connected-provider records and stored credentials, uploaded media, drafts, schedules, and publishing activity associated with the account where applicable. Covered YouTube API data is deleted or de-identified within 7 calendar days, except for the minimum data we must retain for security or legal obligations.
YouTube videos are separate
Deleting PostMore account data or disconnecting YouTube does not delete a video already uploaded to YouTube. To remove a provider video, delete it separately in YouTube Studio. You can also review or revoke PostMore access from Google Account connections.

Limited retention
PostMore may retain the minimum records required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security investigations, accounting, dispute handling, or backup integrity. Retained records remain restricted to those purposes.
Response and confirmation
PostMore targets an acknowledgement within 7 days and completion of a verified request within 30 days where technically and legally feasible. Support will send confirmation or explain any remaining limited retention. These target windows are product-draft wording and require legal review before production launch.
